Hourly rate
My hourly rate for legal services is $300.00 per hour and we normally require a $3000.00 minimum initial retainer for a contested divorce or for a planned uncontested divorce that becomes contested. Non-attorney staff that work on your case bill from $75 to $125 per hour.
