Hourly rate
My hourly rate for legal services is $350 per hour and we normally require a $4000 minimum initial retainer for a contested divorce (not including court filing fee or process server fee), or for a planned uncontested divorce that becomes contested. Any non-attorney staff that works on your case bill from $100 to $200 per hour.
