Whittier Courthouse

All Family Law and Restraining Order cases previously heard at the Norwalk Courthouse are now heard at the Whittier Courthouse starting May 21, 2018. This courthouse is dedicated to Family Law and hears all the South East district’s Family Law cases, including divorces, annulments, legal separations, custody and visitation and child support, paternity and restraining orders. It has six courtrooms with a mixture of Judges and Commissioners.
